Working Process:
The duck-billed pig water nipple works by allowing pigs to bite the valve rod and let the water flow through the gap between the valve plug and sealing ring. When pigs stop biting, the return spring hauls back the valve rod, and the gap is sealed again to stop the water flowing. This design ensures good sealing performance and slow water flow, making it convenient for pigs to drink.

Application:
The duck-billed pig water nipple comes in two sizes – a small one with a flow of 2-3L/min, suitable for piglets, and a big one with a flow of 3-4L/min, suitable for fattening pigs and adult pigs. The drinker should be installed at a 45º angle or horizontally, and its terrain clearance should depend on the pigs’ weight. It should be installed in the defecation area, away from the pigs’ resting area.
